Larry is the president of Hermanson Egge Engineering, Inc. He has been actively involved in the engineering profession since 1979. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1979 and his Masters degree in Civil Engineering from University of Colorado in 1984.
Larry is a registered Professional Engineer. Larry’s has extensive knowledge of the structural design of buildings in concrete, steel and wood. His experience includes but is not limited to the design of parking garages, residential, industrial and commercial buildings including high rise, and educational facilities. Larry's specialy areas are in renovations, reinforced earth, post-tensioned and precast concrete, industrial plant design.

Paul Egge

Paul is the Vice President of Hermanson Egge Engineering, Inc. He has been actively involved in the engineering profession since 1988. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1986 and his Masters degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1988.
Paul is a registered Professional Engineer. Paul’s extensive experience includes but is not limited to the structural design of water tanks, water and wastewater treatment plants, office buildings, industrial facilities, schools,libraries, hotels, apartment buildings and private residences. Paul's specialty areas are in communication towers, renovations, bridge jacking.

Shane Delbridge
Project Manager
Shane has been with Hermanson Egge Engineering, Inc. since December 2009. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from South Dakota State University in December 2002.
Shane is experienced in structural and civil design and CAD/drafting for building, industrial and site development projects. He is knowledgeable in concrete, structural steel, wood and masonry construction. His experience in construction administration includes review of shop drawings, answering contractor questions and performing construction observations for the purpose of verifying compliance with the contract documents and design intent. Shane specializes in retaining wall design, drainage calculations, building inspection, structural steel fabrication drawings, construction surveying and staking.
